    01.Term of Contract

    The client’s employee will be on Gradient’s Payroll for 11 months renewable contract. After the term, the client can either retain them or hire new employees.

    A complete solution starting from Sourcing to Induction, Appointment, Payroll, Compliance, Leave, Attendance, F&F, and Exit Management.

    03.NON-PAYROLL EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT

    Detailed report on claims and subsequent approval with all required parameters for analysis.
